Will my website appear on Google?

Do I need to provide content (text, images)?

What if I need changes after the site is live?
We offer post-launch support and maintenance packages. Minor edits can be done by us at an hourly rate, or we can train you to make simple updates yourself if your website uses a content management system (CMS) like WordPress.
Do you register domain names?
Yes, we can register your domain (.co.ke, .com, .org, etc.) on your behalf. Domain registration costs KES 1,500–2,500 per year depending on the extension. We'll ensure it's registered in your name and you have full control.
What is your refund policy?
The initial deposit is non‑refundable because it secures our time and resources. However, if we fail to deliver as agreed, we will work to resolve the issue. For hosting and domain fees, these are generally non‑refundable once the service is activated.
Do you offer training after the website is delivered?
Yes, we provide free basic training on how to manage your website (adding content, updating products, etc.). For advanced training or ongoing support, we offer affordable maintenance plans.
